Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to offer flexible, compassionate care while also protecting our time and small business operations. Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a £20 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at 50% of the service fee (or more if products have been specifically ordered in for you), depending on the time and type of appointment missed. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees As we do not currently store card details, any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. You will receive a payment link via email or text if a fee is due. Further bookings will not be accepted until outstanding balances are settled. How to Cancel or Reschedule You can cancel or request a reschedule online, replying to your booking confirmation email, messaging us directly, or using the contact form on our website. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Important Notes Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being asked to pay in full for future bookings in advance. We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps protect the sustainability of our small business while still being flexible and fair to our clients.
